About Panacea

Created at the start of 2023, Panacea is a cocktail kitchen. There is no physical bar. We prepare and batch in small quantities, ready for the evenings service.

We follow how a Michelin star chef would approach a chefs table, only swapping out the plates for glasses.

We aspire to show unique and interesting methods from the world of a chef into our cocktails.
