About Panacea
Created at the start of 2023, Panacea is a cocktail kitchen. There is no physical bar. We prepare and batch in small quantities, ready for the evenings service.
We follow how a Michelin star chef would approach a chefs table, only swapping out the plates for glasses.
We aspire to show unique and interesting methods from the world of a chef into our cocktails.

Cal Ross
I am originally from the UK but now proudly call New Zealand my home. I enjoy long walks on the beach, and like to think I am fun at parties, and it helps being able to make a cocktail or two. I love meeting new people so let's have a chat and I can show you what I have been making!
